COFFEE/TEA STATION: $750
Put your money where their mouths are. HMHB guarantees that attendees will drink, so promote your company by putting its message in front of this captive audience. While attendees network, engage in conversation with their legislators, listen to speakers and hear the latest information on Maternal Child Health, they will remember your message and sponsorship of their beverage.
CANVAS TOTEBAGS: $1,500
In sponsoring canvas bags, your organization will work with Copy Prep to design a custom HMHB Legislative Breakfast tote bag. Every conference attendee will receive the tote bag, complete with your organization's name and logo and filled with all conference-related materials. The bags will be a great walking advertisement for your organization/company.
CONFERENCE NOTEPAD: $2,000
Your organization's name and logo will be in front of attendees throughout the breakfast as they capture the ideas and thoughts of the speakers on their (your company’s name and information/HMHB) notepad. Notepads will be distributed to all conference attendees.
HMHB LEGISLATIVE GUIDE: $1,000
Get your message out for all attendees to see. Sponsor the HMHB legislative guide and have all attendees carry your message with them. Your 2 color ad will be on the back cover of the conference guide
HMHB’s BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION: $7,500
The reception is the premier invitation-only event for HMHB and its Board of Directors. You will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the maternal child health field. In addition, the sponsor will have the opportunity to address attendees. In addition, you will receive:
- Signage at the reception
- Prominent recognition in HMHB’s Legislative Guide. (Approximate circulation 8000).
- Complimentary Legislative Breakfast Tickets for 4.
- Company logo displayed at each table during the reception.
- Photos with VIP’s.
- Company will receive legislative updates from HMHB.
