Confidentiality Policy

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia (HMHB) reserves the right to post the photos of babies entered into this contest on our website, Facebook page, and at our Annual Meeting on October 12, 2010. We will make every effort to protect the individual’s right to privacy and will not post any identifying information beyond first name, age at time of photo, and Georgia city of residence. For instance: Asa, 5 months, Albany, GA Further, HMHB will take reasonable steps to ensure that information relating to contestant’s identity is kept confidential. Personal information associated with any photograph, including the winner’s, will not be released to any third party without the written consent of the custodial parent or legal guardian.
