Cynthia Baker

Cynthia Baker is Director of Leave Administration at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she leads leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs and partners across People & Culture, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and business leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in leave administration, accommodations, and employee benefits, Cynthia brings extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability programs, state leave requirements, and complex leave and return-to-work matters.

Cynthia is passionate about developing practical workplace policies and programs that support employees and families while helping organizations navigate the evolving leave and benefits landscape.

She is excited to join the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia Board and contribute her professional experience to an organization committed to improving maternal and infant health outcomes across Georgia. She looks forward to supporting the Coalition’s mission and learning alongside fellow Board members and community leaders.
