NICU families face more than medical challenges—they navigate emotional, financial, and logistical barriers that impact how they engage in their baby’s care. This interactive workshop equips nurses, hospital staff, and doulas with the tools to provide family-centered, compassionate care by recognizing and addressing the real-life struggles families experience.
