HMHBGA's Annual Advocacy Stakeholder Meeting - 2026

  • 2000 Century Boulevard Northeast Atlanta, Georgia, 30345 United States (map)

The 2027 legislative session will bring significant transition in Georgia, with new leadership and changes across both the executive and legislative branches. It's an important opportunity to think together about what maternal and infant health priorities should be front and center in the year ahead.

Join Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia for our annual policy stakeholder meeting as we gather your input to help shape legislative priorities. We'll discuss emerging issues, explore opportunities to advance policies such as paid family leave, sustainable doula reimbursement, maternal mental health, and other issues affecting Georgia's moms, babies, and families.

Please join us for a networking lunch beginning at 12:30.  Our planning meeting will begin at 1 pm and go until 4 pm.

We ask all interested participants to complete this BRIEF preassessment survey even if you are unable to attend.

We offer FIVE $100 stipends for advocates and partners interested in attending this session who must travel more than 200 miles.  Please indicate your interest and provide information in the preassessment survey.

Please consider supporting HMHBGA's ability to do this work with a small donation in honor of the upcoming 2027 legislative session.

If you have any questions please email margaret.master@hmhbga.org.

We need your voice in this important work and hope to see you there.
