Jennifer Fease

Jennifer Fease is the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel – Legal Centers of Expertise at Acuity Brands, a market-leading industrial technology company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Jen is responsible for leading the Transactional, IP, Labor & Employment, Technology, and Litigation COEs within the legal department.  Prior to this role, Jen spent eleven years at Equifax Inc., where she led the litigation team.  She began her legal career at King & Spalding LLP, practicing Business Litigation for eight years.  Jen graduated magna cum laude from Lee University in 2002.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005.  She lives in Sandy Springs with her husband and three children.
