Lindsey S. Macon

Lindsey S. Macon is a partner at McArthur Law Firm, where she leads the firm’s Atlanta office and practices personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. She also serves on the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governors, the Georgia Bar Foundation’s Board of Trustees, and the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Lindsey has proudly supported Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia since 2018. As a mother of three and a lawyer who advocates in the maternal health space, she is deeply committed to improving outcomes for Georgia’s mothers and babies. She is particularly passionate about expanding access to care in rural and underserved communities, strengthening the maternal health workforce, and using objective clinical data and lessons from near misses to prevent adverse outcomes.
