Sandy O’Meara

Sandy O’Meara is the Chief Financial Officer of Friends of Forman Christian College, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) that raises and directs support for Pre-K through PhD education at Forman Christian College University in Lahore, Pakistan. Since 2010, Sandy has overseen the financial operations as the organization grew from $800K to $3.6 million in annual revenue. Prior to joining Friends of Forman, Sandy worked in public accounting and industry as a CPA. She holds two accounting degrees from UGA and a Master of Public Health from GSU. Sandy has been active in various nonprofit organizations and her church. Most recently, she was a member of the board of Voices for Georgia’s Children where she served as Treasurer for four years. Sandy and her husband, Jay, have three children and reside in Sandy Springs.

I’m excited to join the HMHBGA board as the organization moves into the future and faithfully continues its mission of serving Georgia moms and babies. It is my sincere hope that serving will bring mutual joy and, with my nonprofit financial background, my contributions to the organization will allow those of you with social services and advocacy backgrounds to do what you do best, so together we can empower Georgia moms and their babies to live life to their fullest.
