Tracey Steele

Tracey Steele is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning business strategy, public policy, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as a Business and Relationship Lead at Chick-fil-A, Inc., where she provides strategic guidance to restaurant Operators, supporting business growth, leadership development, and long-term planning.

Tracey's career has centered on strategy across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including advising Fortune 100 companies on complex business challenges. She brings a broad perspective and collaborative approach to driving meaningful results.

Tracey brings her strategic expertise and commitment to community impact to the Board of Directors of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia. Particularly passionate about advancing Black maternal health, she is dedicated to supporting the organization's mission to improve maternal and infant health outcomes.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
